Location maps for facility web pages

Prospects should not have to copy your address into another app just to find the gate.

Why we built it

Collector and specialty storage facilities still get a lot of first visits from public links—landing pages, marketplace previews, and registration paths. Location maps for facility web pages adds a Location & map section that renders a Visit Us block: formatted address, phone, an interactive map, and a Get directions link. Those details come from Facility contact in General settings—update the address once and every public page preview stays aligned.

• Multi-location operators who want each facility’s map to reflect the correct contact record.
• Front desk staff who field “where are you located?” calls—send the public page instead of dictating cross streets.

What you can do

• Add the Location & map section from the Page editor on Website & customer app.
• Drag the section into the order you want—often near About the facility or above registration calls to action.
• Rely on General settings for copy: search-select your street address and confirm the customer-facing phone number.
• Let visitors open Get directions in their preferred maps app (disabled in editor preview only).

How it fits your day

If the section shows “No facility address yet,” open Edit facility contact from the section panel or go to Set up general facility settings and complete Search for your facility address. The live preview updates as soon as contact details save.

Get started

1. Confirm address and phone under Settings → General.
2. Open Settings → Website & customer app, use Add section, and enable Location & map.
3. Preview the public page from Shareable links, then follow Go-live checklist for public pages before promoting the URL.
