Why we built it

The customizable Overview dashboard already pulled live schedule, parking, and inbox panels together. Expanded dashboard insights adds a wider library of chart widgets across billing, customers, vehicles, events, parking, forms, and communications—each with configurable date ranges so owners compare this month to last quarter without exporting to Excel first. Managers build role-specific layouts; admins can set a default layout for new staff.

Who it is for

• Owners and GMs who want revenue, occupancy, and pipeline signals beside daily operations widgets.
• Front desk leads using Operations standard or Floor operations templates as a starting point.
• Billing-focused roles pairing chart widgets with Payments overview when deep AR work still lives under Payments.

What you can do

• Add chart widgets from the dashboard Add panel flow alongside schedule, inbox, and parking slices.
• Pick metrics that match your job—billing trends, customer stages, event volume, parking occupancy, form responses, and more.
• Set date ranges on chart widgets so the same layout works for “today” reviews and month-end check-ins.
• Save a personal layout or apply team templates, then adjust without losing live data feeds.

How it fits your day

Insights widgets read the same data your team enters in Cars, Schedule, Payments, and Inbox—they are not a separate BI tool. Use them for directional questions (“Are we busier than last month?”); drill into source pages when a number needs investigation.

Get started
