Flexible social event registration

Car clubs and storage facilities run everything from free member coffees to ticketed galas—the RSVP flow should flex with the format.

Why we built it

Public social event pages now support richer registration without a one-size-fits-all form. Attach a questionnaire (during RSVP or after) built from your team forms. Choose additional guests off, count only, or full contact rows for each plus-one. Set guest pricing to free, same as the ticket option, or a fixed per-guest amount. Control which contact fields the public form collects (name, phone, address—email stays on for confirmations and payments). Published events can accept public RSVP when at least one option allows it, including free responses when you are not selling a ticket for that path.

What you can do

• In event settings, set Additional guests mode and pricing, plus optional caps on how many guests one RSVP can bring.
• Link a questionnaire form with timing During RSVP or After RSVP, and mark it required when answers must be complete before you consider the registration done.
• Toggle Public RSVP fields so you only ask for the contact data you need on the open web form.
• Offer ticket options that include a public RSVP path—even $0—so guests can register without selecting a paid tier when your event allows it.

How it fits your day

Publish a members-only drive with free RSVP and a short questionnaire during signup. For a paid dinner, turn on contact mode for guests so each plus-one gets a name and email for check-in. Capacity checks apply to public RSVPs at the event and option level so you do not oversell.
