Not every club night needs a signup form—and customers should always know how to get back to their calendar.

Why we built it

Social events sit between marketing and operations: sometimes you only need a flyer-style page (date, place, story), sometimes you need full RSVP and tickets. Clearer event publishing and RSVP controls tighten that split: turn Enable RSVP off so the public page is informational only, use published vs draft state so staff see when customers can actually view an event, delete RSVPs from analytics when someone's plans change, and keep Back to Events navigation on customer event pages so portal users return to their list instead of getting stranded on a detail screen.

What you can do

• Disable Enable RSVP on an event so the page works as a flyer with no response form.
• Toggle Publish so drafts stay team-only until you are ready for customers or public links.
• Read access mode labels (unpublished, customers only, public link, invite list) while editing visibility and ticket options.
• Delete RSVP rows from event analytics when a guest cancels or was added in error—tickets tied to that response go with it.
• Let customers use Back to Events from car and social event detail pages to reopen their full list.

How it fits your day

Publish when copy, capacity, and payment settings are final—draft series occurrences stay internal until you flip them live. For recurring clubs, pair with upcoming recurring social event controls when you need to edit one date vs the whole series.
