Why we built it
One-size-fits-all notifications either spam people or get ignored. Category-level choices for email, text, and push keep owners covered without waking the whole team for every marketing reply.
What you can do
- See unread badges and in-app alerts for texts, emails, calls, and voicemails.
- Enable push notifications for new inbox activity when desired.
- Choose email, text, or push per activity category in communications settings.
