Why we built it
Enterprise and franchise operators ask for executed copies of the Mutual Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA)—often separately from customer contracts. Downloadable facility agreements on Settings → Platform Agreement let authorized staff sign each document on its own, capture legal entity name, signer name and title, and signature, then download the countersigned PDF anytime. Version badges show when the live legal text updated so you know whether to re-sign; unsigned drafts remain readable at /legal/dpa and related public legal pages.

How it fits your day
Complete both signatures during onboarding before your bank or insurance review. When legal publishes an update, the page flags out of date signatures—re-sign and download fresh PDFs rather than forwarding old files.
Get started
Open Platform Agreement, finish the NDA or DPA card you need first, download the PDF, and store it with your other vendor DPAs. Repeat for the second document when your process requires both on file.
